Night weaning 15 month old

Hello everyone my son is 15 months old and I am 8 weeks pregnant. Lately he is been crying alot at night waking up 3 to 4 times to nurse. Because of being pregnant I feel so hungry. My mum and mil told me to wean him off. But I am trying to keep up with nutrition eating whenever I am hungry as I was Diagnosed with gestational diabetes last time. So very hard to pick snacks this time. I was thinking maybe I can start giving him some cows milk at night along with breastfeeding. I dont want wean completely but just maybe night weaning so he sleeps longer.
