C Section Scar Open-9 Months PP

Has anyone else’s scar burst open 9 months PP?Im quite sore & it’s seeping awful yuck🙈I must add I contracted sepsis in my wound 24/48 hours after surgery(I was extremely ill to the point I nearly died).My recovery was not at all easy & had to have wound reopened & drained several times however last time was 2 months PP.It has flared up a few times since especially now that my period has returned but absolutely nothing like this.It’s quite sore,smelly & very raw,seeping a mix of blood & green/yellow goo.If I shower & try to clean(No fragrance),I can still feel pockets of fluid which I was told should have dissolved by now but obviously have not.Just looking for advise please?Sorry for the pictures & please tell me what is best,thank you.
