How to get fiancé to agree to look at other baby names?!

While I do like the name he chose I’m not in LOVE with it yet, there’s a chance I could fall in love with it but I need to see other options and discuss them. He says he will not even look at anything else that it will be our child’s name…I’m struggling 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️

Tell him that isn’t how it works. That names are a two yes, one no situation. If he refuses to budge, tell him you’re just going to name the baby. When he kicks back, remind him that is what he is trying to do to you.

Nope. That’s not the way it works. Start a list. Give your ideas, he can give his. And either person can veto until you arrive at a name you both love

You tell him its YOUR child and you will not just name your baby whatever he wants because that's the only name he wants. You need options. You need to give him other ideas that you like.
