New Diagnosis

Hey everyone! I noticed a small lesion on my vagina in April and thought it was a skin tag but was unsure, NP assured me it was nothing significant, ran an STD panel and everything was negative. FF to 9/22, I went and saw another provider, and was told I had genital warts. He didn’t seem too worried about the diagnosis, prescribed me the cream and it has been working. Now I would just like some advice on how to move forward. Are the warts a come and go thing forever? Can I eventually go back to unprotected sex? Thank you all for creating a space like this! ❤️
