Gestational sac question 😊

I booked a private scan a few weeks ago bc I started spotting. The tech said I had a sub chorionic hemorrhage (I’m no longer bleeding). But I just noticed another dark area when they were taking measurements of my gestational sac (arrow pointing to 2nd area).

Does the area on the right look like a 2nd gestational sac? It doesn’t show up in the pics where you can see the baby. I’m definitely asking my doctors when I go in for my first appointment, but was curious if any of you have thoughts?
