Should I still have him come over

I've been talking to this guy for a couple months now and whenever we hangout all we ever do is kiss. He was expecting to come over today but I just got my period. I don't know if he should still come even though he never mentioned anything about hooking up or never really made a move like that. I just don't know what to do!
