First scan at 6 weeks 5 days

I took my first scan yesterday and gestational age was 3.8cm and my doctor says the weight is too much for an early pregnancy

So she was wondering if it’s a multiple pregnancy

I’m booked to rescan at 12 weeks

Please what should be the average/normal weight at this stage?
