Idk if I’m pregnant or freaking out

I was grinding on my bf with no condom last week and we didn’t have sex but he did finger me and I don’t think there was pre cum but I’m not sure and every morning I’ve been feeling nauseous since then but it only lasts for an hour and I’m supposed to get my period tomorrow but im afraid I won’t. We are always safe and use protection but idk if im freaking myself out or if I might be pregnant. Can you get pregnant if there is pre cum outside your vagina?
