SPD at 37 Weeks

I’ve got severe SPD - on crutches, housebound, crying daily and on the highest dose of anti depressants and codeine allowed. My consultant refused me an earlier section so I have 12 days left until my date (39+2).

She said I can be admitted to hospital at any time if I feel I need respite but my son is 2 and I don’t want to be in there alone for almost 2 weeks. I just want this to be over and to have my baby here.

I’m completely defeated. In agony. Just posting this incase anyone has shared this experience.
