Hand & Arm Cramps! 😩
Im 19wks 3days and experiencing some major and painful hand and arm cramps, especially at night when im sleeping. It's soo bad that its waking me up and im in pain! Is anyone else experiencing this and how do u manage the pain? Im not due for my next midwife appointment for another 6days!
