**Very Graphic*** Is this normal??

This happened yesterday in the shower and I woke up with bits and pieces coming out. I’ve been on the IUD for 2 years already and lately i’ve been dealing with cramping. The day before yesterday I had the worst fever/nausea. Not sure if this is just a very old blood clot mixed with discharge?? Also, I have a yeast infection and bacterial vaginosis going on. (doctor gave me two types of creams to insert up there.) Can anyone pls give me an idea? I apologize if you can’t bear to see the pictures. 
The best way to describe it is that it looks like white fat from red meat that has a pinkish hue mixed with old blood…

You need to get this checked. Your IUD could have implanted and/or could be causing an infection. This is definitely tissue, not a blood clot. What’s most concerning is the fever/nausea.

That’s definitely not normal. Go to your doctor again asap, and show them the pictures, that could be infection around the IUD.

Update: it turned out to be the medication that i’m taking. Since i’m putting too much up there it tend to clump and form like that. I guess i’m on my period which explains the cramping but the doctor was really rude and didn’t really explain why i was having the fever/nausea but what she DID explain was that the IUD has nothing to do with this because it’s all the way in the cervix while this is happening in my vag. canal. Problem solved ig? lol
