Blood clot caused miscarriage?

I’m having recurring early miscarriages. This last one I found out a huge clot had formed near the gestational sac and it caused me to miscarry. Does anyone know how these clots can be prevented from happening? I feel like the transvaginal ultrasound I had caused the clots because I was fine before but started bleeding after.

They form because of implantation not because of an ultrasound. Ultrasound does not cause miscarriage. Unfortunately nothing you can do to prevent them

Was it a subchorionic hemorrhage? I've had that with 4 pregnancies. 2 were miscarriages and 2 made it past it. I've heard they're very normal and are usually not the reason for a miscarriage.
