Confused

My bf/bd told me that one of my friends was going around telling people what I told her about mine and his relationship. He said this one person hit him up and told him everything my friend was saying. He is telling me he didn’t know this person at all and they just came to him. Then he was saying he knows them from Cincinnati. When I ask if it’s a female he says “im not a kid I don’t have to answer that”. So that’s making me think he’s talking to a girl from his hometown bout our relationship. He’s cheated before plenty of times that’s why I’m so skeptical.

He’s mad at me saying all I do is gossip cause I ran to my friend and vented when he was cheating on me. Idk what to do who to believe nothing.
