It’s old blood very normal. Only time to be concerned if it starts becoming more red then go see a midwife to be checked. Some small bleeding can be normal but always worth being checked x

This is normal ( implantation bleeding or the cervix got bumped) it's normal and you don't need to do anything. Only when there is fresh or bright red blood and more like a period not like spotting is there ever a problem.
