I took raspberry leaf tea tablets from 38 weeks and went into labour 4 days later. Not sure if it was a coincidence or the tablets actually working but at that stage I was glad 😂

I’m prepping for birth with raspberry leaf tea, magnesium and evening primrose (which I’ll start at 38wks)

I am taking Dr. Christopher’s Birth Prep and evening primrose orally…Not sure if I should insert the gelcap I’m kind of nervous about that!
