Concern immediately, or keep an eye on it?

I’m currently 11 DPO, AF due in 4 days. 
Today I’ve been stopped in my tracks by an odd (and rather persistent) sharp pain on one side. 
Any experience of this being related to implantation at all? 🤞🏻 Or should I get seen??

there are a few signs if its the appendix
generally laying flat or standing up straight you will cause the pain to be worse.
also but not always you feel sick with it.
I would keep an eye on it and if it remains or gets worse get checked out.

Mine was lower down but one sided during implantation. It was not painful tho but noticeable on one side. It almost felt like a pulling sensation
I think implantation usually is a pretty mild feeling, like can be noticeable but not painful

Could be implantation, could be not related, could also be your appendix if it's your right side or could be something else completely. I'd keep an eye and if it gets worse or comes with other symptoms i.e.  vomitting etc, or continues more than a day, then I'd go get it looked at!
