Bleeding while ovulating?

Hi, I took a clear blue ovulation test today and a smiley face came on! I noticed I was bleeding/spotting red when I wipe. I BD afterwards with husband. Now it’s a bit more bleeding. Has anyone bled while ovulating? Or should I consider it as AF?
UPDATE: I stopped bleeding. Only bled for one day!

Ovulation spotting is common, but if it’s heavy blood it might be your period

I’d save yourself some money and buy easy at home strips for next cycle! They’re much cheaper and have a lot of them. But it’s not uncommon to get a quick spike in LH right before the start of your period as well

I don't track ovulation but i did have some bleeding when I was supposed to be ovulating (7 days after my last period ended) it was super light but heavier than spotting & only lasted 2-3 days. AF usually lasts 4-5 days for me. Still not sure what it was.

Plus if your LH test was positive it definitely might be ovulation. I mean what cycle day are you on?

I get ovulation spotting every month on the dot. It varies from pink to red and usually only lasts 1 day, two days maximum for me. It’s usually pretty rare to have it according to my doctor but it is definitely possible!! I get it every month right when I’m ovulating so it’s a great telltale sign
