PCOS trying to get pregnant

Hey ladies,

I am 25 years old and was recently diagnosed with PCOS. We are trying to have a second child. My daughter is almost 4 years old, but at the time I got pregnant with her I was not aware I had PCOS. My periods have always been irregular. Back in May I got off BC to try and get pregnant. I had my period 3 months after getting off BC and haven’t seen it since. I have been taking prenatal vitamins and omega 3’s everyday. I have also changed my diet to eat healthier and still no period.

Does anyone have any advice on getting pregnant with PCOS or would like to share their PCOS story in getting pregnant?
