Creamy cm?

What type of cm is this? Is this fertile? Im not sure if i ovulated yet as i haven’t got a positive test and the test i did take there wasnt a progression in color so i stopped testing until yesterday (cd 15) the line was the darkest it’s been but not positive then today the line was barely there. Does this type of cm happen before or after ovulation? Also, i never get ewcm not sure if that’s a problem or not i usually get this type of cm or white watery kinda like milk cm.
