Help!!!! Advice needed
My fiancé and I haven’t had sex since just after my twin girls were born. I am not in the mood because I don’t like my body. Thought it would go away after a while but here we are almost 3 years later and I still feel that way plus we both want more kids. Idk if it’s a fear of having another pregnancy with multiple babies or what. He such a great man. He supports me and doesn’t pressure or get up set about the whole issues. I just need help.
