Pelvic pain

So in august of this year I felt some pain. I had pains all over my body was sick ended up finding out I had Covid. My pelvic tho would not stop hurting. Got a pelvic exam and vaginal exam the sonogram showed nothing the doctor said nothing was shown in the ultrasound. Here it is October. My pelvic still been hurting and it feels like a ball is inside my pelvic idk. My lower back has been hurting for days and so has pelvic. My obgyn appt not until next week. I am so worried it could be something much more serious. Idk what it could be. I have pcos the doctor said it could be a cyst that was not picked up. I’m also worried about cervical cancer because I had two abnormal Pap smears. Idk what to do
