Idea of how many weeks?

I'm curious how many weeks I am pregnant?
My chemical pregnancy resulted in my period on September 19, 2022. I'm currently 14 DPO and received my first faint positive at 10 DPO. How many weeks could i be?

If you’re 14dpo and your last period was 9-19 then you’re 4wks pregnant!

So, my doctor measures gestation based on the start date of your last period. Even though it is not technically when you ovulated. The dating can be a bit confusing but you mainly will just want to understand how your doctor measures gestation
