high LH

HI To All,

i had two misscarages after that i check my folicals was 13mm on day 14 then my gynee gave me femara for three month my folicals was 20mm and 19 mm but i did not concieve my husbnd checked his cimen anlyces his motility was low, he is on medication now and last month i checked my harmones my LH was 20 and my FSH was.10.70 , i can concive with the high LH? or what i have to do to low my LH level, i heard harmones imbalnced because of femara tablet kindly let me know plz what i have to do i am worried now
