BV help!

I’ve had BV for months now. I’ve been treated and it just continuously comes back. I haven’t had sex in over 6 months so it can’t be from a partner. I’ve cleaned everything, use unscented hypoallergenic soap/lotions. The doctor won’t treat it anymore so I’m at a loss. I don’t know what to do. She does the tests and it’s always positive for BV. What have you ladies done that got rid of your BV? I’ve been tested for all STD’s/STI’s also and it was negative. I just want it to go away.
