Has anyone experienced this?

Hi everyone, I posted last week about finally getting my BFP on a digital and red dye test.. well 2 days ago I started to bleed. Bright red, accompanied with cramping and back pain. called my doctor and went in for blood work.

The HCG level was at a 1.... not even a 5... a 1.

(That night I had very bad cramps/back pain worse than any period I've ever experienced)

I went back today for more blood work so l'll know in a few days what my levels are but I'm afraid I already know the answer. (I'm still bleeding, like a period.... Just confused as to why I got a "Pregnant" and such a dark pink line only to miscarry?.. can i even call it a miscarriage? i don't know ladies😔 just bummed.
