CD 23 , ONE posative opk ?

hello , i recently started taking clomid last month and i wasnt taking my ovulation test strips at the right time until recently on Cd 23 and i received one positive opk, but the next day was back to low

i know usually that means you ovulate 14-48 hrs after your positive but would it still show positive opks after or was that positive one a lie ?

I have pcod and hypothyroidism and forst time taking clomid and provera to start my periods which everything had been working pls help thank you!

symptoms: constipation, bloating & mild cramps on my left abdomen (since my positive opk on cd 23)
