Why can’t i get wet

When I masturbate I can’t get wet. When me and my boyfriend are intimate I can’t get wet either. Every time he’s touched me I’m super dry and that makes me self conscious. Like if I don’t always have lube with me we can never do anything Cus I can’t get even a little bit wet.
