Getting pregnant with low sperm count

Hi guys, my husband and I just found out he has low sperm count. In the last five years, I have not gotten pregnant even without using protection. So it was a little suspicious. We have officially been trying for the past 4 months with no luck. He took conception men last month, but is switching to fertilaid. In the meantime, I’m taking prenatals and we’re using pre-seed lubricant. Any other tips? About how long did it take for other people to get pregnant in similar situations? I’m FINALLY ready to have a baby and now feeling a little sad that it might take a while for me. If I’d known, I would have officially started trying much earlier. 😔 my husband feels like a failure and is super down about it.
