Period Bleeding or Implantation bleeding? So confused ! 😖😖

So last Sunday (16th Oct) I started to have cramping all day which I haven’t had for a long time, and Sunday night I noticed I started spotting which I was surprised me, but 5 days before (Tuesday 11th Oct) me and my husband had u protected sex. So I’m confused as my bleeding only lasted til Sunday afternoon/early evening which is 2 days-ish, but after 7 months of having my last depo provera injection/shot I don’t know if it’s a small period or implantation bleeding?!? So confused need help and opinions ! 😖
