Spotting At 8Weeks

I’ve been spotting since Monday. I’m so scared that it’s going to end in a miscarriage. It’s only been brown but, still I’m scared to death! I don’t have any cramping but, I just don’t think this is normal! I had and emergency US at 8 weeks exactly the day after I started spotting. They said baby looks great and had a heartbeat of 162bpm! Has anyone has this happen to you and everything turn out ok. I’ve had 2 miscarriages and I don’t wanna lose another sweet baby!
