Beat way to remove coffee stains for teeth?

My teeth and fairly yellow from coffee.
What can I do to help them whiten without bleaching them?
And don’t say brush your teeth lol I do that.

Do you go hygienist ?
I go twice a year. Last time she cleaned my terth with some differrent powders - and she said that as we age we lose enamel so our teeth becoming yellow is natural 
She said it’s not from coffee - I drink a lot of it. Not sure if she is right or wrong….

Hold a little in your mouth it will foam up so you won’t need that much. Hold it as long as you can. Couple times a week. Works like the white strips without the sticky residue
