I'm on a high dose of lovenox due to pulmonary embolism at 10 weeks and currently 28 almost 29 weeks pregnant. My pelvic bone and vagina have alot of pain. Which I'm used to as it is my 5th pregnancy. As of the past 4 days my groin and my inner back of my thigh is hurting as well. The pain is not constant. It worsens at night. My husband is telling me it's gotta be SPD since my Dr assured me it was near impossible to get another clot with this dose I'm on and they monitor my blood every 2 weeks and everything is normal. Any thoughts? My hospital is over an hour away and my husband works nights so it's really hard to just go get checked. I'm calling in the morning to get my Dr's thoughts but it would be nice not to worry.
