fell on the floor

I’m stupid and fell over yesterday because of a rug i landed with the right shoulder the ground. I don’t have any bruises and my arm and one leg hurted for a minute. This happened yesterday. Now i’m concerned i don’t have symptoms but could this “little” fell kill the baby ? I mean it wasn’t a hard it and it didn’t touch the belly, just i guess the impact on my right side. I am 7 weeks.
