Temporal lobe seizures??? Help please

So for the last couple of years I have been having these moments of déjà vu. Most of the time they are from reoccurring dreams that I’ve had and I will suddenly remember the dream and feel stuck and I get very nauseous and feel really weird, they last like 10 to 30 seconds and then it goes away. It will happened multiple times a day for a full day and then I will go a couple months without it happening again. I have looked up the symptoms and temporal lobe seizures come up. Does anyone have this or know anyone who has it ? How would I be diagnosed? I’ve had other health issues as well such as balance issues, anxiety, fatigue, sugar  Fluctuations. But I don’t know what’s related and what’s my nerves driving me crazy. But anyway back to these deja vu episodes. They feel really strange and I even have them in my sleep when they day comes that I have them. Any insight on this is much appreciated. I do have an mri coming up for my balance problem. Should I mention this as well? Or do they automatically look at the temporal lobe with an mri?
