Mucus plug?
I am currently 37 weeks +4 days and have been having painful braxton hicks contractions. They aren’t 5 minutes apart yet but they are extremely painful. The sensation I get is belly tightening and cramps from back to front. I had used the restroom and had this on my underwear, Is this part of my mucus plug? Or is it normal discharge?
