IUD positive??? Or evap??

Question

I've had my IUD for 10 months. I'm a year post partum. I took this test (the top test) this morning because I've been having weird symptoms (my IUD strings are super short, having pregnancy symptoms) and I have an appointment with my doctor day after tomorrow. When I took the test I
 looked and saw it was negative and just left it on the counter. When I got home i saw this but all my other tests are negative. I'm so confused and worried!!!

It’s probably invalid, however I took that same test and looked about an hour after and there was a line and I was pregnant. So retest tomorrow morning and see! Good luck

I would rest just to be sure, I think it’s invalid if read after the time frame cause evap lines can occur x
