Opk question
This will be my first month actually doing bbt and using opks! Can someone explain them to me?
As soon as I get a positive opk should I baby Dance that day, and the next day? What about when I see my peak?
If I get my peak at 10 am, will I be okay to wait to bd until 6/7 pm? I’d just love all of that kind of info. Thank you!!
