Possible miscarriage?

My LMP was 09/04/2022 and with that I should be around 7 and a half weeks. I ended up in the emergency room last night… I started bleeding blight red with some smalls clots and a few big ones. They did blood work and trans vaginal ultrasound. Hcg levels came back at about 1372.50 which I thought were low… but the doctor said there’s no evidence of pregnancy on my ultrasound 😔 I’ve been referred to see an obgyn within the next 48 hours to retest my hcg… please see my photo below 😔 any advice or input?
