Cold early pregnancy.

Congratulations to all who tested positive sticky babies to all.
I test positive week back it started out with terrible sore throat. Now sore throat has eased up and cold as started running nose. Is it common to get cold during early pregnancy? Any home remedies please. Thank you.
P.S I am drinking warm honey tea. Not sure what else to add. Any suggestions welcome thank you.
