Insights please

On my first pregnancy, I had normal/heavy period and negative pregnancy tests. But, I felt a pricking pain on my left side, went to OB and had my ultrasound. It ended up I'm on my early pregnancy stage. And also I underwent surgery because there was bleeding inside and was suspected to have an ectopic pregnancy. Ended up, my corpus luteum ruptured. They fixed it and continued my pregnancy.

Now, I am scared. I had my normal period. But, I feel pricking pains on my left side. I feel that my lower abdomen is contracting. Because I can feel its hardness. I keep on having nausea and vomiting. My lower back pain is bothering me.

I just wanted to know if someone out here had the same situation like me and ended up pregnant?
