Could I still get a positive

I’m currently 10dpo and I had abit of cramping I guess on 6dpo but it was quite high up and felt more like the stitch, ever since it’s been a pulling feeling that’s hard to explain. I have no other symptoms except a headache (which I get quite often anyway). I tested today and it was negative…. I’m just wondering if anyone has had similar symptoms from implantation or if I’m just looking for signs too much. Also if it’s possible to have a negative test today n still get a positive in 4 days time?
