California Proposition warning

I’m moving soon and wanted to get a new tv . I see this warning once I scrolled down the page . I’ve been seeing this warning on a lot of things such as cosmetic and me being the dramatic person that I am , I freaked out! I went to google to look this up and someone said some about unless your literally eating the product it won’t affect you . I’m not sure if that person was just watering down this warning but has anyone had any personal issues with items with this warning ? I couldn’t find anyone on google that had an issue so I just wanted to come here
