Morning after pill side effects help!

On the day 25 of my cycle 6 days before my period was supposed to begin I had sex and the condom broke.

I took the emergency pill and i didnt have much side effects.

Now a week later of course my period hasn’t come but i have light cramping mood swings and acne (things that happen when im on my pms week)

Today I also woke up with stomach ache and vomiting and I feel really bad. I dont know if this is cause by the pill? Or i am just sick because it has already passed one week.

I am really scared even thought i took the pill on time and i was on my lutheal phase really close to my period when i took it so i wasn’t that fertile.
