When do you say I love you

I’ve been talking to this guy for a few weeks but we have seen each other every day or every other day since meeting. We have spent a lot of quality time together talking and getting to know one another. There are so many times in the moment where I catch myself almost slipping and telling him I love him. I feel like I do love him. But I know it’s far too early to bring that word up and I don’t want to scare him away. Odds are he probably feels that way too. He reciprocates 100% and we are pretty much on the same page but I feel like I’m lying to him. I’ll tell him I have feelings for him but I die inside knowing that he doesn’t understand the extent of what I feel for him. So when do you say you love the person? When you feel it? Is there a 2-3 month mark timeline?
