Labor soon?

For the past couple days to a week I’ve been experiencing cramps in my stomach/back accompanied by sharp pains in my pelvis/butt. I’ve also had diarrhea, like my body is completely clearing itself out. I’ve had an increase in discharge, along with swelling in my ankles(I have not experienced any swelling this whole pregnancy until now). I’m 38 weeks! At my appointment a week ago baby was head down and I had started dilating. 
What do you guys think?

Honestly I've felt like this since 36 weeks and I'm now 39+1 getting induced tomorrow. I thought the same thing and here we are lol

I’m the same as shian, been feeling that way for weeks and I’m now 39+3. I have another appointment on Wednesday and I’m sure she will schedule a c section if this baby doesn’t come out in the next week because my first came by c section.

I’ve been having the same symptoms for about a week and a half now. I’m 38 and 2. I’m not expecting baby until post 40 weeks, but you never know 🤷‍♀️
