VFL or no? Pretty Nervous...

So I have been feeling super sick and queasy just overall not well. I had sex on Sept 28th and got a regular period on time Oct 18th. Well my period ended not too long ago last week, but about 4 days ago I started feeling sick and got brown discharge. So I decided to test just in case. I am on the pill and used condoms. Let me know what you all think. I hope for it to be negative and my symptoms are something else. Also, I do have PCOS and have had a similar experience but idk..
