Vegetarian first time mummy to be

I’m really struggling with keeping balanced with food. I’m vegetarian. Before I got pregnant I was trying to introduce meat and seafood again. I had been eating salmon and white fish and chicken. But after I found out I was pregnant I really struggled with being so picky and everything I had tried to introduce I now can’t stand. I would eat eggs, but they are also hard to get down. So I am eating a lot of carbs. Any suggestions for best way to stay balanced whilst being vegetarian and so picky?
