I am so sad I just found out I failed my one hour glucose pretty bad 181. They had me do it early due to my BMI. This is my second pregnancy and I didn’t have it with DD and she was only 6lbs. I go for my three hour test on Thursday please wish me luck. I am NICU nurse and understand how dangerous GD can be so I would rather know now. However it seems crazy to have to fast for 12 hours and then an additional 3 hours making it 15 hours of no water for the baby. I don’t understand how that could be good for the baby. Office said I can only have a sip of water in the morning to take my synthroid. Did anyone else drink water before ?
