I’m struggling with pcos for 10 years now as my only child is 10 years old since going through different tests and at the end I was told that I had the pcos.There’s no cure to it as per doctor,any recommendations anyone?
Doctor advised to cut down on certain food and more exercise as that’s the only cure

Technically it isn't a cure, but it does help manage it. You could also take metformin or BC to try and regulate things depending on what is going on, but the lifestyle changes really do help. Plus, they are just good for the rest of your body too! (I have PCOS and my endocrinologist highly recommend excercise and eating well, and it worked beautifully!)

As Bailey said, working out and eating healthy will do more than anything else. I've personally found improvements when I limit simple carbs/sugar. Metformin helped a ton for gaining back lost energy, losing some weight, and helping to control other PCOS symptoms.

I have had PCOS now for 15 years. I had been trying to conceive for 7 years. My dr suggested I take a higher dose of foliate daily so I started taking 5mg of Megafol every day. I fell pregnant within 2 months. It helped regulate my cycles and helped with some of the pcos symptoms. I now have 2 beautiful baby boys.

This also helps regulate insulin and blood sugars. Really pcos if diabetes if the ovaries. So you treat it by eating like a diabetic and helping your sugars stay well balanced.

I have PCOS and I take this. In the process of IVF for baby #2 and this is great to regulate cycles! Highly recommend even if you’re not TTC.
