Almost 3 year old hates haircuts !!

ADVICE///HELP please !!!!

My almost 3 year old hates haircuts so much. It’s a bloody scream every time he needs a haircut, we stopped taking him to get haircuts because he screams so much and cries a lot, it was painful for me as a mom to see that. His hair grows so fast so that doesn’t help. My husband started cutting his hair at home and he still screams like he’s getting murdered 😭😭😭

We give hm the tablet and candy and he still hates it. Nothing helps 😩

Any tips or advice please, anybody else’s kids do the same and eventually grew out of it 🙏🏼😩

He’s delayed on speech so he can’t communicate with us so it makes it much harder 😭😭😭
